What types of events do you plan?
We specialize in weddings, corporate events and galas, private celebrations (milestone birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers), and floral and décor design for events of all sizes — from intimate gatherings of 20 to grand events of 500+.
How far in advance should I book?
For weddings and large events, we recommend booking 12–18 months in advance. For corporate events and smaller celebrations, 3–6 months is typically sufficient. We occasionally accommodate last-minute requests depending on availability.
Do you work with specific venues or vendors?
We have established relationships with Denver's finest venues, florists, photographers, caterers, and entertainment professionals. That said, we are always open to working with vendors you have existing relationships with or love.
How are your packages priced?
Our Essentials package starts at $2,500. Full-Service starts at $6,500. Bespoke packages for large-scale or destination events are custom-quoted. The final investment depends on event size, complexity, location, and specific requirements. We always provide a detailed proposal before any commitment is made.
Do you travel for destination events?
Yes. We have planned events throughout Colorado and have traveled nationally for clients with specific destination requirements. Travel is billed separately and discussed transparently during the proposal phase.
How involved will I be in the planning process?
As involved as you want to be. Some clients prefer a collaborative weekly process; others hand us the vision and trust us to execute. We adapt our communication and involvement style to suit your preferences perfectly.
What happens if something goes wrong on the day?
This is exactly what we are here for. Our team is trained for contingencies and problem-solving under pressure. We have handled weather changes, vendor cancellations, and timeline adjustments seamlessly. You will likely never even know anything went sideways.
